Meme platform Pump.fun plans to launch its own native token
Crypto investors may soon have the opportunity to invest in all meme coins at once. Pump.fun, a platform for launching meme tokens based on the Solana blockchain, is going to create its own native token. According to the developers, it will be something similar to the BNB token used by the Binance crypto exchange - and "even more." However, no one has yet named a specific time frame for the implementation of the idea.
The main goal is that, according to them, the developers of the Pump.fun platform set for themselves by launching such an initiative is to reward the earliest users who have been working with the platform for a long time. And also, perhaps, to give it a new impetus, since all funds received from the sale of native tokens should be spent on further development.

The website notes that while the Avalanche Foundation launched the Avalanche Card, it is offered by fintech provider Rain Liquidity.
Transak Project Reports Data Breach of Over 92,000 Users
Payment service provider Transak has reported a cybersecurity incident that resulted in the data of 92,554 of its users being leaked. The company emphasized that the information in question was not critical or financially significant. According to the company's statement, the attackers gained access to:
• names;
• dates of birth;
• identity cards;
• photographs.
Transak noted that phone numbers, email addresses, passwords, and bank card details were not compromised. The company said it took all necessary measures immediately after discovering the incident.
The attackers gained access to the database by compromising a company employee's laptop, likely through phishing. Using the device, they logged into the panel of one of the service providers.
So far, the company has noted no signs that the stolen data was sold or otherwise used. At the same time, users are urged to remain vigilant.
The release also states that the gateway operates as a non-custodial platform. Transak does not store users' assets, therefore, they are not in danger.

WhatsApp AI Tricked into Showing Restricted Content
Decrypt journalist Jose Antonio Lanz was able to bypass the security of Meta’s AI integrated into WhatsApp and generate censored content.
Mark Zuckerberg’s company recently launched a line of products based on Llama 3.2, offering text, code, and image generation. Lanz conducted a series of experiments to bypass the security and tricked the neural network in WhatsApp “to do almost everything from helping to make cocaine to creating explosives to taking pictures of naked women.” At first, the AI rejected requests for information about drug production, but the journalist changed the wording of the questions. As a result, it provided step-by-step instructions.
An insider caused the price of the SHARPEI meme token to plummet by 96% in one transaction
On October 23, an unknown insider sold half of the total emission of the SHARPEI (SHAR) meme coin, causing the coin's price to plummet by 96%. This was noted by analysts at Lookonchain. The trader spent 5,710 SOL ($948,000) from 16 addresses to buy 665.6 million SHAR (66.56% of the total supply), distributing them across more than 100 wallets. Then he sold 500 million SHAR in one transaction for 19,620 SOL ($3.38 million), earning 13,910 SOL ($2.4 million). This led to a sharp collapse in the token price — from $0.042 to $0.0027. Due to the price fluctuations, another user lost a large amount of money on the meme token. Previously, he purchased 27 million SHAR for 2952 SOL, but was only able to sell them for 471 SOL with a loss of 2481 SOL ($429,000).
